A Warning about the Unsanitary Conditions of Street Food
Stalls |
|
Feeling good today, I decided to take a stroll and ended up on the ancient
street in the old city. However, what I saw there was shocking: the once
pristine old road was now covered in filthy oil stains, with a nauseating stench
and dust filling the air. Piles of garbage from food stalls lined the street,
overflowing from the trash bins and littering the ground.
As I continued walking, a pungent odor invaded my nostrils, and soon I was hit
by the overpowering smell of burnt charcoal and grilled lamb. Looking at the
food stall vendors, their skin was darkened, their hands indescribably black
from handling food. They used those blackened hands to skewer meat and brushed
dishes with towels that were no longer recognizable in color.
I couldn't help but wonder why people still crowded around these unsanitary
stalls, negotiating with the vendors for food. My good mood vanished, and I
immediately went back home.
To those who frequently visit street food stalls, I warn you that these vendors
do not even meet basic hygiene standards. How can the food they make be clean?
So, please stay away from these food stalls.
As for the vendors, I urge you to consider the harm you are doing to society and
the environment by prioritizing your personal interests. Our city is striving to
become a civilized city, and your food stalls are like a big stain on a pristine
white silk cloth. Please wake up and find another way to make a living. |
