The doctor told Mrs Green not to worry too much and assured her that Eric was recovering quickly.

"Don't worry too much, Mrs Green," said the doctor. "Eric is recovering quickly."

     
1.   She asked him to give her a week to think it over and promised to let him know the answer as soon as she could.
2.   The man warned the boys to keep away from that field since there was a fierce bull there.
3.   They told me that they were going to have a nap after lunch and not to let anyone disturb them while they were resting.
4.   The invigilator ordered the pupils to stop writing and told them to hand their papers to the pupils in front.
5.   She informed me that there was a parcel for me at the post office and told me to go to collect it.
