Dear Editor My friends and I visited the Malaysian Cigarette
Company in Jalan Kelang Lama recently. The public relations officer
took us on a tour of the factory. When we were leaving, we were each
given a carton of Henson & Bedges cigarettes. Two of us were only 16
and not old enough to be given the cigarettes. When we mentioned
this, the PRO told them to give the cigarettes to their fathers.
This is a disgrace considering that we have nationwide efforts to
help people to stop smoking.
