A middle-aged scientist, Cameron Edwin, and his family face a series of
unexpected events after a red Corvette and a lunar rocket fall into their
backyard in the American indie feature, directed by Colin West.
As Cameron struggles with his unfulfilled dreams of becoming an astronaut, he
also faces a failing marriage, a daughter's sexual orientation, and the arrival
of his astronaut neighbor who causes him to lose his job.
However, nothing is as it seems, as the director keeps the audience guessing
with a slow reveal of the truth behind the events.
Despite the imaginative story, great performances, and the underlying theme
of dementia, the film suffers from a lack of focus and structure, resulting in a
quirky yet underwhelming experience. |
