    In each of the following sentences, a certain element is either inappropriate or wrong.
     
1.   If there is a fast food stall, the students who cannot find a seat in the canteen may eat his lunch elsewhere.
     
2.   Singapore is both a meeting place for the East and the West as well as a center for essential services, such as ship-repairing and telecommunications.
     
3.   In the face of a host of western values, our people find it difficult to resist its influence.
     
4.   I know my English is not very good, but I do not know where are my weaknesses.
