Therefore, future declarations may vary from the projected dividend and bonus

In view of the challenges in the financial markets that we have seen in the first half of
2009, the rates declared for 2008 and in previous years may riot be sustainable in the
long term. If the current market condition continues, we do expect the dividend and
bonus to be reduced compared to past year's declared rates. On the other hand, if
market condition improves, we will review the dividend and bonus rates again.
