If you waste just five minutes every single hour for your 16 waking
hours. You would waste 486 hours every single year. If you are going
throughout your day and you pull out your phone and you start scrolling on
social media.
And you think I have 5 minutes. It's just 5 minutes, whatever. It's
not just 5 minutes. Imagine if you took all those hours that you are
