Mack and Zack, two teenagers who were direct opposites, were
inseparable. They met in Form One, fighting over a seat in the classroom,
only to end up being seated beside each other. Despite their physical
differences and contrasting personalities, they became the closest of
friends.
Mack was thin, lanky, and looked undernourished, but was a bookworm and a
star student. On the other hand, Zack was plump, stout, and ate like a bird,
but was an easy-going student who managed to scrape through his schoolwork.
Mack enjoyed tutoring Zack, who responded well to his friend's guidance.
Mack was a dreamer, quiet and reserved, while Zack was boisterous and
outgoing. Mack would listen to Zack's chatter, and Zack would be the life
and soul of any gathering, with Mack laughing quietly at his friend's
antics.
Their friendship became unbreakable when a bully made Zack's life a misery.
While everyone avoided the bully, Mack made mincemeat of him. Though thin
and lanky, he packed a powerful punch, and the bully stayed well out of his
fists. From that day, Zack adored Mack, and the two became inseparable.
Mack's fighting spirit became well-known, and many wanted to be his buddies.
But, he stayed a true friend to Zack, and they remained friends even when
Mack chose the science stream, while Zack went for the arts. Not being in
the same class did not prevent them from continuing to be inseparable.
Their differences seemed to bring them closer together. They shared a
silent, unspoken understanding that nobody could fathom. Their friendship
was so strong that nothing could put them asunder, not even looks,
interests, abilities, or distance.
Their friendship was a testament to the fact that true friendship goes
beyond physical appearances or personalities. It is about finding someone
who understands and supports you, someone who has your back through thick
and thin. Mack and Zack had found that in each other, and their inseparable
bond was proof that sometimes, the best friendships are between people who
