Let's Protect Our Forests Together

Have you ever felt comfortable when you see vast green forests? And have you ever felt disappointed when you see a barren land instead of forests? Do you know what will happen if we lose our forests? Violent tornadoes will destroy our homes, and mudslides will leave us nowhere to hide. We will forever live in a world without fresh air!

What's the current situation like? According to the information provided on the computer, humans have "eliminated" one-fourth of the world's trees, which is terrible! Also, the consumption of disposable chopsticks is enormous when eating outside, consuming approximately 1.66 million cubic meters each year. Processing 5,000 pairs of disposable chopsticks requires one poplar tree that has grown for 30 years, and it's heartbreaking to imagine that a large tree that has been with us humans for 30 years is ended by someone's words.

To address this issue, I suggest the following:

1. Refrain from damaging any trees, and be mindful of our actions.

2. Plant a tree for the earth on our birthdays.

3. Plant our trees on Arbor Day.

4. Let's start from ourselves and protect every tree. Stop activities that harm our forests.

5. Educate children to respect and protect forests from an early age.

Dear classmates, let's create a green future together! I wish you all can breathe fresh air every day and be healthy and lively.
