250 g butter |

200 g icing sugar |
250 g flour |
|
50 g coca powder |
|
|
|
Sift
flour and cocoa into a bowl. Cream the butter
and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the
flour and cocoa, a bit at a time, and stir until
even. Spoon the batter onto a greased
baking tray and bake at 210oC for
about half an hour. Cut into squares while it's
still hot. |
