The Melody of Resilience on the Journey to Success

Success is a joyful song that brings delight to the heart and sparks endless imaginations about life and the future. However, do you know that failure is also a song? Though it may not be as melodious as success, it possesses a richer flavor and can be sung for a longer time.

When we say that failure is a song, it doesn't mean that we should avoid it. Instead, it implies that we should confront this harsh reality and treat failure as a vivid lesson, from which we can extract valuable teachings. Only by continuously learning from failure can we step closer to glory. Edison invented the light bulb, considering his thousands of failures as progress because he discovered thousands of materials that couldn't be used as filaments. Each setback is a lesson learned. When one road is blocked, there are always other paths to explore. Isn't this another form of success? It is success intertwined with tears, like a green olive. Initially, it tastes bitter, but upon careful savoring, it becomes sweet.

In the journey of life, obstacles and thorns abound. If we are not careful, we may encounter hindrances and lose our way. Nevertheless, walking with dedication and putting in our best effort, even if we don't reach the ideal kingdom, is still gratifying. As a philosopher in England aptly said, "Failure or success seems to be arranged by the stars of destiny, yet people still retain the ability to struggle and fight against their fate. In the entire universe, the only meaningful action is this struggle." Yes, when you struggle and give your all, even if you fail to pluck the tempting golden apple, you can still earn the respect of others. The key does not lie in the outcome of obtaining the apple but in the continuous process of people picking apples. This process is the most eternal and grand song in the world.

"To ascend to the summit and overlook all the petty mountains." Reaching the peak of Jade Emperor Peak and witnessing the sunrise is undoubtedly a great joy in life. However, when you climb to the South Heavenly Gate and have to retreat due to a sudden change in weather, it is indeed regrettable. Yet, this regret is like a war anthem that strengthens your determination to reach the summit. Under the five Olympic rings, Li Xiaoshuang was expected to secure a gold medal, but due to the referee's "gift," it fell into the hands of another athlete who was not as skilled as him. Li Xiaoshuang "failed" in front of the gold medal, and this failure is a tragic "symphony of fate," pulsating with the melody that calls for fair competition. It can arouse the courage and determination of the strong to strive hard and bring glory to their country.

On the arduous path of education, we are bound to encounter various difficulties and obstacles. Advancement requires facing difficulties, avoiding them is passive, and fleeing is cowardice. "The road to success is as solid as iron, and now we step from the beginning." Only when we sing the anthem of failure and march forward resolutely can we ultimately reach the shores of success.
