Reuben - A Natural Born Leader |

Last month, a group of students from 5 Cemerlang attended a leadership camp
organized by our school in Kuantan. At the camp, we were divided into groups,
and each group had a leader. Reuben Raj, our group leader, was later announced
as the Best Group Leader of the camp.
Reuben's leadership qualities were evident from the start. He was born to lead.
Despite his humble background, Reuben has a great sense of responsibility. He
grew up helping his mother care for his younger siblings, which has shaped him
into a responsible person. He is always willing to help others and make sure no
one feels left out.
Reuben also possesses excellent debating skills, which he demonstrated by
receiving the Best Speaker award during the camp's debate competition. He was
also voted as the most cooperative camper at the camp. He has an incredible
ability to communicate and connect with people.
Reuben's leadership style is admirable. He leads by example and inspires others.
He is a humble leader who is always willing to do whatever it takes to help his
team succeed. During the camp, he would test activities and obstacles before
anyone else, and he was always the first to go through any challenges. He proved
to be a sacrificial leader, as evidenced by the slight injury he sustained
during the obstacle course.
Reuben's award is well-deserved. He truly embodies the qualities of an
exceptional leader. The award entitles him to a Certificate of Achievement and a
cash prize of RM500. We are all so proud of Reuben's achievement and hope that
he continues to inspire others in every way that he can.
In conclusion, Reuben is a natural-born leader. He possesses excellent
communication skills, is responsible, caring, and leads by example. He deserves
to be recognized for his outstanding leadership qualities, and we are confident
that he will continue to inspire others in the future. |
